On February 28, 2008, Kristin Walton of Brunswick was officially crowned Mrs. Maine United States 2008, as her husband Bob Walton stood by her side.

Kristin was was joined by over 80 friends, family members, and supporters, including Former Mrs. Maine 2007 Kristin Walton, Pageant Director and former Mrs. Maine 2006 Elizabeth Hamilton-Guarino, Maine Senator Nancy Sullivan, and WMTW Anchor Tory Ryden . The ceremony was held at the Muddy Rudder and photographed by Photographer Richard G. Sandifer.

Kristin Walton is officially crowned Mrs. Maine 2008 by Kristin Center, Mrs. Maine 2007 at the Muddy Rudder in Yarmouth on February 28, 2008.
